I was fortunate to learn offhand flourishing by the very best, Heather Victoria Held. I fell in love with the up-close intricate beauty and jaw-dropping impact viewing the full piece. These are made one stroke at a time using a pointed dip pen. Then I use colored pencil to add color and bring life to the flowers. Metallic watercolor strokes, glittery crystals, foiled dots & subtle clear glitter gel pen swirls finish it off.
